Just a few days ago I was saying how much I would love to photograph Eva Green. Actually, I said that If I could only photograph one person in the world, that would have to be actress Eva.

Well, If I had to choose between Eva Green and Anne Hathaway… that would be a big problem for me. As much as I like Eva I like Anne and I’m sure that working with Anne has to be simply amazing. She has a smile that I’m sure can melt your camera in a matter of seconds. And again, that look and those eyes can capture too much magic.

I hope I never have to decide between Eva Green and Anne Hathaway.

The image of Anne Hathaway used in this post is Copyright of photographer Mario Testino. You can see some of this photographer’s amazing works in his official website.

I love posting on this blog, but sometimes I do post new info on my Facebook page also. I prefer writing things here and uploading images here simply because they look a lot better than they do on that popular social network, but hey, everybody’s in Facebook…

If you want to follow me on Facebook, here’s the LINK to my page.

Old video, I know. But that doesn’t mean it’s not worth watching if you haven’t seen it yet. You get to see Terry Richardson at work and that’s always interesting. For sure.

Terry Richardson is one of the reasons that I take pictures. Not the only one or the main one, but sure after seeing Terry’s images, my way of taking pics or considering what kind of images could be taken with a camera changed forever.

There are actually 2 photographers that made me get into the photography business. One is Terry Richardon. The other one is… Nah, I will talk about him on another occasion.

Enjoy the video, it’s pretty cool.

WARNING: The following video contains some nudity, so if you get offended by that, just don’t watch it.

To get more of Terry visit his Official Website, his Diary or his Vimeo Channel.

I just finished the editing of some images from… 2009! Actually, I had already edited these pics 2 years ago but I wasn’t happy with the results. So I did work with them again.

Now I like them more, with this editing, because they have that “movie” look that I love in all kinds of imagery. I guess the fact that I studied cinema at the university has something to do with my way of seeing things.

As usual, the whole series can be seen on my web.

Last year I got an Holga 120 CFN medium film camera. I shot a roll with it and the results were not that good. I shot another roll and I developed it a few days ago. I live quite far from any photography shop that can develop 120 film rolls, so it takes some time for me to shoot and work with this medium format system.

I didn’t do any edit or retouching work on these images. They are like I got them from the shop. I got the film developed and the images scanned on a CD. I guess they did some tweaking at the shop when they scanned the photos, but that was all this time.

I really felt like working on the pics with Photoshop, but then I thought it didn’t make much sense. If I wanted to work with images on Photoshop then why not shoot with the 5D and RAW files? If you shoot film, there shouldn’t be any need for much digital modification.

If I’m not mistaken, the film I used on these shots was a Kodak Portra 400NC.

Last year I worked with the rock music band called The Suite. They are a group of young artists that create some really cool pop and rock music.

They were filming the music video for their next single and I was there to take some pics of everything that was going on.

I uploaded some of the images I took that day on my official website.

At the beginning of this year I worked again with these guys on a shooting to get material for their new music album. It was a great day and we got some really cool images that I will post later.
